Is Pulser.One really free for members forever?
Yes. The base tier is free forever. Only Premium (€9.99/mo) adds cross-gym access, deep biomechanics reports and preventive health alerts — the core AI coach is free.
How does the base + per-unit pricing work?
Enterprise gyms pay €299/mo for the platform (first location included) plus €149/mo per additional gym. Coach teams pay €149/mo (first 3 seats included) plus €49/mo per additional coach. You only pay for what you actually run.
Can I import my existing member data?
Yes. We support CSV import and build custom migration scripts for Mindbody, Glofox and Virtuagym during onboarding.
Do members or coaches need special hardware?
No. Form analysis runs on any modern smartphone camera. Wearable integration is optional but recommended.
How does the cross-gym network work commercially?
Each Pulser.One Plus visit to a partner gym triggers automated settlement between gyms based on tier grade. No front-desk friction, no manual reconciliation.
How does EHDS compliance affect me as a gym?
EHDS becomes mandatory for EU health-data-handling platforms from 2026. Running on Pulser means you're compliant by default.
Is there a setup fee?
Gym Pro has a one-time onboarding fee covered by your first month's savings. Enterprise includes bespoke onboarding in contract.
